Helping curate the history of Cancer Center Administrator Forum (CCAF)

Brian C. Springer, MHA Vice President, Research Administration; Associate Center Director, Administration

Brian Springer is leading the effort, on behalf of ACCA, to help curate the history of Cancer Center Administrator Forum (CCAF) over the years. He has enlisted a dozen or so tenured administrators, many of them now retired, who have led the organization since the 1980’s.

They will try and tell the genesis of CCAF and how it has evolved over the nearly 40 years. It will include names key milestones and photos. If you are interested in helping with this project and/or have any materials that are helpful in telling the story of CCAF, please reach out to us. We are looking for any meeting agendas, notes, photos, attendee lists, speakers, and any other memorable stories you may have. To help you recall the history, we have created a timeline of the CCAF meeting since its inception below. We aim to complete the project by the time of 2024 CCAF meeting and will provide updates along the way.
